Waiting it Out
The painting was done at the village of Sidi Bou Said in Tunis. The man and his baby falcon wait for customers to walk over and take pictures with the falcon. Sometimes the wait lasted long. The bird seemed to be waiting it out before she could spread out her wings again, and fly.
