This was painted during the Harford County Plein Air Event 2019. The view is of the Marina seen from the Lock House grounds in Havre de Grace. While the sun was still hidden behind the clouds, the waves rippled and responded to the gusty wind. No one was venturing out that morning and I had the Bay by the dockyard all to myself.
