Painted en plein air from Shepherd’s Lookout overlooking the glorious Murrumbidgee River West of Canberra Australia. Painted in an overcast winter day so all the blue greens of the foliage were muted. Painted in pastel with watercolour underpainting using mixed pastels on Pastelmat.
